This week I worked on 3D Design of a mold for forming a casing for a laptop. In the second part of the week I made some tests of designing the 2D pattern on a wood and used textile as s aupport for this wood peaces.

3D Mold for Leather¶
I planed to design an make a casing for my laptop inkluding a stand. This should let the air pass through and so enable the heat transport from the most heated area which is the rechargeable battery. For this purpose I designed later some Voronoi pattern which I planed to cut after the forming process.
This was the first design of my laptop, which is pretty simple as to see in the folowing 3d model.
