05 final prototype
The Design I made for Kombutcha House contain 3 main part
-[1] Inner box part. -[2] Isolation part. -[3] Outisde box part.
I used Fusion 360 to build it ,below some picter of the design from fusion software :

for the second design i did some modification such scale and material as for the intial one i use mdf wood.
This second prototype takes into consideration the safety precautions and contamination rules so the material used for the fabrication is acrylic sheets.
yet for futrure modification i need to increse the thinkness from 5mm to 10 mm . also if can used staless steel will be recomandeded for sterilzed enviroment purposes .
The design is modular and roboust enough to host 2 big trays including kombucha tea inside it and 9 glass jars with scoby mother that can be used to create new becteria cellose sheets .
The rendering shows a device made of different acrylic sheets that interlock between each other. In between them there is a styrofoam for isolation purposes as well as in between the door ones.
The shelves are adjustable for different sizes of trays and can be screwed to the sides of the boxes to be stabilized.
The Fan is supposed to be attached on top to maintain an air circulation flow inside the incubator and the heating element in the bottom to keep the indoor enviroment warm enough for the cultures to grow.
Here are the 2 simulations of the jars block and the trays with kombucha that have to be placed inside.

as I had used 5mm thinknes of the acrylic sheet for all incubator below the setting i used it for the laser cut :
Fabrication - Laser cutting¶
Below picture for my final prototype after cutting it on leaser machine and assemble it.
Most of the parts designed can be interlocked between each others with male - female joints. I used chlorofom glue to fix the design in some crucial parts to improve stability.
Assembly and glueing the critical parts
Inner structure, transparent acrylic 5mm
Outside structure, black acrylic 5mm insulated inside with styrofoam 2cm
Assembly Guide Step:¶
I made a sammary buklet using microsoft power point and save it as pdf which explain Assembly steps of fixing kobutcha incubator ,the final file can be download on the fabrication file under "BukletforKombuchaHouseIncubator",below is the screenshout of the main page:

1 We need to assemble the inner side transparent box firstly

2 Assemble the outer black box seperatly but before we should Install the shelf and the heater inside the inner box, after that adding Styrofoam to it later installing the wheel in the outside box, then fixing the inner side box inside the outer box ,After that adding the screw for the basket, then place and installing the basket which can be done later as well

3 Installing the hinges & fixing the door, after that you can installing the pvc strip for the door window then fixing the acrylic sheet of the inside window of the door ,then placing the magnetic as showing in the picture below to maintain a very good isolation from any outside contamination :
4-Checking the cable of the wire connection of the electronics.
5-Tun on the power .and the eniter incubator is now running .
6-Start adding your bacteria cellulose solution containers and Glass Jar and using incubator :
