I made the Gantt in Ganttophant app in docs. I found it very easy and interesting.

All the mechanical models ¹ you can download all the cutting dxf for the router CNC and the laser cutter also you can find all 3d printed parts

For the electronics you can find the Gerber files ² I used JLCPCB for manufacturing them, but there is still work in progress and the final design will soon be online.
