I am Muhire Mhammed, a skilled Tailoring and Fashion Design Trades Officer at RTB (Rwanda TVET Board). With my expertise in tailoring and fashion design, I play a key role in overseeing vocational training, ensuring that trainees acquire the practical skills they need to thrive in the fashion industry. I am passionate about creativity and craftsmanship, and I combine my technical knowledge with a keen eye for detail to help shape the future of fashion design in Rwanda. My commitment to excellence and innovation in tailoring allows me to bridge the gap between traditional techniques and modern trends
