Concept| Does it fit you?¶
At first I was wondering what was the north, the direction of my project and where the passion for doing it was coming from, I had a lot of thoughts goign through my mind, so what really helped me to get started was organizing all these thoughts by writting down all my experience with my body and even more my journey accepting my breasts while growing up in a cultural context which pressured me to get augmentation surgery.
Here you can see my notes, I feel lke I'm opening my personal diary, but I feel it's important to speak about me and my experience to be able to inspire another women who are in the same position I was once.

Ws¶
After that, I went back to the Ws I proposed in my first pitch and write them down again and again until I could finally answer my Ws!
KEY WORDS¶
After that, I extracted the main key words like hashtags for my project
WEEKS¶
INSPIRATION & MOODBOARD¶
As you could've read from my diary my main inspiration is my own body, so this is my starting point, the struggles I've faced and my body acceptance journey! If this image reminds you of something is the picture I have in my documentation here for the digital bodies week while I was being scanned by Cora!
MOODBOARD
My inspiration comes from the body itself and how we're part of nature, we're so connected that even what we consider "imperfections" as women because of society beauty standars are indeed perfections in nature, Which I find incredibly beautiful.
COLLABORATION¶
FOOTWEAROLOGY
I’m excited about the opportunity to collaborate with this amazing company that is focused on researching and applying FDM techniques to revolutionize the footwear industry. Nicoline’s extensive experience with 3D printing with flexible materials and parametric techniques is impressive, and her lab has a wide range of 3D printers that would allow me to prototype without any issues. In parallel, I’ve been trying to reach out to Balena to source material, but for now, I’ve been able to prototype using the materials available at the Footwearology lab, which is an opportunity I'm very thankful for.

FITS YOU!¶
So this is how fits you comes to life, at first I was thinking about 'It can fit you too' but while talking in a mentoring session with Petra, she inmediately thought about 'Fits you' and it couldn't be a more perfect name for the project!
Here I designed a quickly draft of a logo to give my project a little bit more of identity and shape
