13. Implications and applications¶
Research & Concept¶
Cocept 1¶
Neuro Tech That can be more accessible to the public, creating better patient care and better detection with a day-to-day wearable or item we use.
The idea is to have a wearable Nerou teach that can be more consumer or user-friendly and not have it just within the reach area in labs and get better data and measurements for patients to get better treatment from doctors and for doctors to understand the background better and uncover more of real-time data that we have within our brains and to understand better our selves and the way it all works. At the same time, it helps people improve their quality of life.
Cocept 2¶
Medical waste Ash + Mushrooms+ + Emotions Brain activity or creativity with (Stress/Depression/Anxiety/PTDS) to give visual reparation to the emotions.
Mushrooms come from bacteria, death, and old things and grow into new life forms. They are the ultimate alchemist and representation of the life cycle. Ash is also something we can disintegrate into, and taking medical waste is a median between life and death that is necessary nowadays but also is affecting the planet and how this can be a critique within the life cycle that is the juxtaposition of life and death. Adding the emotional element to the structure and reactivity that we live and come to experience in day-to-day life now and how so much of people's reality or experiences affect us.

Real Cases from loved ones¶
I have friends and family who have issues with seizures and other past issues that have been affecting their health. Other people need this for the collection of data and a better way to understand what is going on so that the doctors also have better data and information to give better treatment and improve people's quality of life.
Part of the challenge is taking something so complex as the mind and brain waves and creating an interface that will also reflect the information to people and their health care providers for a better treatment plan.
How to Support Treatment Plans
-
Early Diagnosis: EEG data can identify patterns that indicate neurological disorders before symptoms become severe, enabling early intervention.
-
Personalized Medicine: By tracking individual brain activity, these devices help tailor treatment plans, such as specific neurofeedback protocols or brain stimulation therapies.
-
Remote Monitoring: Patients can use home EEG devices for continuous monitoring, providing doctors with real-time data without frequent hospital visits.
-
Clinical Research and Insights: Large datasets collected by these companies support research into mental health conditions, cognitive decline, and neurological diseases.

WHY THIS MATTERS¶
It can take up to 500 years for single use materials used in medical feaild to decompose.¶
-
"In the UK alone, the NHS was using PPE at an alarming rate, with as many as 748 million items used in hospitals in just a 53-day period"
-
That equated to 14 million pieces of equipment needing to be thrown away on a daily basis.
-
The Spanish region of Catalonia showed similar figures, with an increase of 350% by the end of April 2020 alone.
-
In just one day (February 24 2020), Wuhan was able to tear through as much as 200 tonnes of medical waste. link
"Healthcare industry 99% of healthcare waste goes to landfill & incineration on an industry reliant on single-use plastic. Globally, it generates +70 million tons of waste per year.
Construction Materials Are responsable for 50% of all natural resource exploitation in Europe 50% of total landfill volume. Establishing synergies between these two industries we turn a linear economy into circular. This solves major environmental issues while transforming problems into opportunities." link
* Cement and Concrete Alternatives Fly Ash-Based Geopolymers: Fly ash, a byproduct of coal combustion, can replace cement in concrete. This leads to lower carbon emissions compared to traditional Portland cement production. Bio-Cement: Combining biomass ash (such as wood ash or rice husk ash) with bio-based binders can produce eco-friendly cementitious materials. Example: In construction, rice husk ash (RHA), rich in silica, can be used to improve the strength and durability of concrete.
Ash Fillers: Plant-based ash, rich in minerals like silica, calcium, and potassium, can be used as a filler to reinforce biodegradable plastics and composites. These materials can be employed in packaging, 3D printing, and lightweight structural components.
