About me¶
"I’m Carlotta Premazzi, an artist and designer from Carrara, living in Lisbon.
I mostly work in live visual performance, immersive and interactive installations where technology, the body, and the environment interact in real time. I also work on multimedia shows in collaboration with theatre companies and other artists."

Background¶
I hold a MA in Net Art and Digital Culture - Academy of Fine Arts, a Master in Public Space Design (Faculty of Engineering of Pisa), and a BA in Industrial Design (Faculty of Architecture, Parma), complemented by over 20 years of continuous training.
In 2007 I worked with Arduino and open-source software, today I use commercial sensors like Muse and Playtronica and visual programming software for real-time interactive multimedia to build multisensory, responsive experiences.
Motivation¶
I joined Fabricademy to explore Biochromes, Biofabricated materials, E-textiles and Wearables, integrating technology in a symbiotic relationship with nature.
My goal is to create spaces that evoke profound inner experiences through hybrid projects where art, technology, and nature coexist, fostering empathy, social, and environmental awareness through participatory and immersive experiences.
