Specific material for sterilisation | Jar with perforated cover, Aluminium paper, autoclave |
Specific material for post traitement | Ethanol, tumeric, iron, glycerol |
In the pot distilled water
Boil it
Add honey
Add Extract of malt
Mix it
Wait till the preparation is cold
Add the mixture insine the jar with the perforated cover and add the aluminium paper for cover it
Add the jar in the autoclave cooker during 20min
Wait till the preparation is cold
Ready for be innoculate

10/02/2023 After an accident to moving the jar, the mycelium make flop inside it looked back. I decided to put it outside for drying it.

21/02/2023 Adding some tumeric ethanol ink and iron on it. We notice with Lauriane during the test on the SCOBY, mixing tumeric ethanol with iron make a color reaction to create a purple.
Results and remarks¶
The mycelium take well the color, is really soffness, transparency but fragile.
