7. Textile as Scaffold#

This week I worked on textiles as scaffold using kombucha

Process#

First a created a pot using rhinoceros

Then i saved it as STL file, this STL file i opened using APEX (The software of Axiom 3d printer)

Then i selected the SD icon, this scon saves the file as GCODE, ready to get printed

Using a mixture of corn starch (maizena) and hot water as a natural glue

and having a fabric and the 3d printed pot,

i did a fabric molding

I tried to themoform some forms and then to places a fabric with a resin (or natural glue) over the form
