Project Title: The Fish Garden Project: A Suspended Sea of Mobiles¶
Concept Statement¶
This project is the design and implementation of an educational interactive workshop to teach sustainability and biomaterials througn hands-on making. Participants create and add upcycled denim fish , and a variety of discarded objects, into mobiles that form their vision of a living, evolving ecosystem. Adaptable for teachers and students worldwide, the workshop process encourages collaboration, creativity,and global exchange, and celebrates the freedom of the artistic process and product.
