1. STATE OF THE ART

I was super excited to start this new week and discover the all team, the programm, the places. I'm really happy to be part of this formation, it inspires and motivates me to have faith in my ideas and developp them. Can't wait for the biology's workshops!

WEEK OF DISCOVERY

The team is very nice and everybody has a different experience. Very interesting! The textile Lab and the Oullins' Palace are a dream for artisans like us.

I like to have tutorials and meetings in english (goal of the year : being perfectly bilingual), but also to speak french with the small team. It's easier to express myself.

TRAGEDY ARRIVED

I had to learn to code this week. I don't like to spend time on the computer, so I waited until the last day to confront myself with the platform.... but surprisingly, I like it! It's just super long to document our work so I'm gonna TRY to do it everyday now (second goal).

  • how to change the theme of my site --> mkdocs.yml

  • save picture in png to not have blanks (in photocollage)

  • to take a screen shot of the all page : go in chrome, extension, screen and you can edit the screen too

  • texte next to picture: do not paragraph

  • interface = 1000 pixels (for picture)

  • title : without accent, space or capital letter

  • video youtube in my documentation : put it in youtube or vimeo or 3D model and make it public thanks to the link

  • when you are in assigments and you want to put pictures in your doc : "(../)" is the key

RESEARCH AND FIRST IDEAS

BIG DREAM : Collaborative Project based on different parts:

  • creation of a customized overalls with children to express themself, developp their senses, their creativity and autonomy

  • development of a tee-shirt with micro-capsules and vetegale oils (cf herboralist formation)

  • research of dead stocks fabrics, natural materials, vintage stuff for sur-mesure projects

  • garden with medicinal herbs/flowers (for my research and workshops with children)

  • machine : weaving loom, embroidery machine, knitting table

Sur ces marchés, il collecte du coton qu’il peint, imprime, pour créer de nouveaux vêtements dans une esthétique inspirée de l’expressionisme abstrait. Son travail nous fait d’ailleurs penser à celui de Jean-Michel Basquiat, par son traitement graphique et pictural."
