GANTT

  • I used a GANTT model from Excel in the beginning of the project, then switched to Numbers (Apple version of Excel) and lost the aesthetic of my table.

Here is an overview of the steps I was thinking about at the beginning of the project :

BoM bill of materials

  • I bought some bio-materials components at Le Lion, some second-hand tools at Les Petits Riens. Beer and Brewery Grains waste were for free thanks to Beerstorming, as casted glass pieces thanks to Eurover.

  • Then I ordered some Kombucha scobys online on Koro shop, some glass petri dishes at Glas-shop.be and a milk-foamer on Coolblue site.

  • I already had some basic kitchen equipment (used saucepan, forks, spoons, timer, scales, measuring glass, salad bowls, apron) as well as a box of plastic gloves. I also had some Francofil bio-sourced PLA filament (wheat, mould, virgin).
