8. Wearables

WEEK 8:

This week we return to electrical circuits, and go deeper into the Arduino software. This time to focus more on the possibility of an output that is wearable.

Research

The most used that we can find when we do a google search are associated with aesthetic effects through light, sounds and movements. Spectacular dresses on catwalks that look like something out of a fairy tale.

But we can also see that devices are being produced that have applications in the field of health. Some of these examples are devices that measure the heart rate.

This garment, sold on amazon, has a system that allows you to heat the coat with 3 different temperature levels.

I am interested in the idea of the patch that is able to heat areas of a garment. This Arduino topic is the most complicated for me. In this case I attended the classes and joined other members of the team, because I don't have a laptop. Later on I will catch up with the desktop computer from home.

Test Day 1

We have built between 2 of us this circuit, but I have not been able to test it.

Led and Switch. Digital Sensor

Led that varies its intensity

This was done on the first day of the tutorial. This week I could not participate in the second tutorial.
