02 kombucha research

My current work on Kombucha:

Expected output :

To have a think kombucha leather sheet can be easily shape with many technologies as below picture can find flexible ,foldable kombucha sheet .

As for thickness it was after drying 1.61 mm , as for the size original size of the sheet before drying :390mmx270mm,after drying the sheet the size get shrink a little bit as seen in the pictures below (380.5mmx260mm):
